Honest answer: it depends on the partner. For exchanges, real timelines include security review, integration work and legal — typically weeks rather than months when both sides move quickly. For affiliates with a clear brand and an existing exchange relationship, it can be much faster. We scope every project honestly before we start.

We own the platform engine, the algorithms, and the Divergence™ detection system (patent-pending, timestamped on blockchain since December 2025). You own your brand, your audience, your customer relationships and your commercial data. Standard terms with the protections you'd expect.
Never. All trading happens directly on the integrated exchange via API or OAuth. KYC is delegated to the exchange. We are software infrastructure, not a custodian and not a broker-dealer. This is by design and is not negotiable.
